  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue our Services

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Melbourne, Australia. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) Rules.
